Mark Harvey LevineMark Harvey Levine has had over 1800 productions of his plays around the world, from New York to Sao Paulo to Seoul to Sydney . His plays have been produced in over two dozen countries and in more than ten languages.
A full evening of his plays, translated into Portugues and called "Aperitivos" went on a National tour of Brazil. Another evening of his plays, “Roteirizados”, played in São Paulo at Teatro Augusto. Other full evenings of his plays, such as "Cabfare For The Common Man", “Didn’t See That Coming” and “A Very Special Holiday Special” have been shown around the world. His plays have won over 45 awards and been published in over two dozen anthologies by Smith & Kraus, Applause, Routledge and Vintage. A Spanish-language film of “The Kiss” (“El Beso”) premiered at Cannes and aired on HBO and DTV (Japan). Italian versions of his plays have been produced in Bari.
